Dr. Valerie Rein masterfully shares how women are experiencing trauma that’s impacting our careers, relationships, health, and happiness, as a result of Patriarchy Stress Disorder (PSD).

PSD isn’t something that’s wrong with us, but instead, a system that we are born into and one in which we can never truly win. We discuss how dieting and our need for a thin body is a way we participate in trying to gain conditional approval, a tool of oppression from PSD.

Healing from PSD is critical now, as we are living in a very potent moment, when we can no longer tolerate women’s power being a punishable offense.

Healing from PSD means we stop playing the game, and instead, turn to a collective healing in a community of women.
